Fixed Holidays
The firm recognizes certain designated days throughout the year as fixed holidays. To receive pay for these holidays, an employee must be regularly scheduled to work on the day the holiday is observed. For a full list of current year holiday dates please review the Firm Holiday Schedule.

- When holidays fall or are celebrated on a regular workday, all salaried exempt and salaried non-exempt employees who otherwise would have been scheduled to work that day will receive one day’s pay at their regular straight-time rate. Non-exempt hourly employees who are called in to work on a holiday will receive pay for all hours worked.
- Paid holidays off are not counted as hours worked for purposes of calculating overtime.
Floating Holidays
In addition to the fixed holidays listed above, employees will receive up to three floating holidays that may be used during the calendar year (January 1 through December 31) in which they are granted. These floating holidays are intended to provide employees with more flexibility to observe holidays of their choice.

- Employees must inform their manager at least one week (7 calendar days) in advance of their intent to use a floating holiday and are responsible for accurately tracking their floating holiday time off directly in Dayforce.
- Please use the Floating Holiday Guide for steps on tracking your floating holiday usage in Dayforce.
- Floating holidays are not eligible for rollover or payout if not used within the period and are not accrued in the same manner as PTO, vacation or sick time unless otherwise required under state law.
- Floating holidays can only be taken in full-day increments.
