What is the Employee Assistance Program?

The Employee Assistance Program (EAP) offers professional and confidential counseling services designed to help address personal issues, deal with stress, or make well informed life decisions. The purpose of an EAP is to help you define your problem, suggest short-term problemsolving steps, and refer to other community resources if necessary. EAB partners with Bloom as your EAP administrator. You can access Bloom by bit.ly/BloomEAB.

Using EAP Sessions

In addition to the EAP benefits listed above, you may also take advantage of 8 free in-person or video counseling sessions with a trained counselor who accepts SupportLinc EAP.
