Green Card Sponsorship
EAB is committed to sponsoring qualified employees for permanent residency. Per current policy, employees must have at least one-year tenure with the company, be at a qualifying management level, and be achieving expectations to be considered for sponsorship. Those that are deemed eligible will have their green card initiations tentatively scheduled based on total visa timeline compared against that of all other eligible employees. Eligible employees with less time remaining on their visas will be given priority. Once EAB is ready to initiate your green card process, someone from the visa team will reach out to you, your manager, and Talent Business Partner.
